HOW TO FILE A COMPLAINT

1.    State the Truth and only the Truth

2.    Narrate fully what happened and specify what you want as remedy, like rectification of defects/replacement/refund and/or compensation for loss/injury/expenses.

3.    Address the letter to the opposite party with a carbon copy marked to :

4.    Post the letter to the opposite party (preferably by Regd.Post Ack.Due) and post one copy to us by ordinary post.

5.    When the opposite party receives the letter, he should know you have marked a copy to us.

6.    You will receive a complaint No. from us. Quote that No. in all your future correspondence with us. Remind us through a postcard after 3 weeks.
